" It was my 40th Birthday and I took my family out for a meal ( My Treat!) We went to the Strawbury Duck which is a great restaurant! All 8 of us had a fabulous 2 course meal followed by birthday cake. The team at Strawbury Duck served us brilliantly and it was so easy when we requested our bill - we simply handed in our Hi-Life card . Thrilled at the saving of £44 !! Our bill was reduced from over £100 to £67!! It really is a great way of saving money and I can´t wait to go and try somewhere else. " Hi-Life Dining Club Review I’m writing to thank you and your team from Hi-Life and Simply cruising for arranging the recent visit to Southampton to experience the onboard facilities of the 5* Celebrity Eclipse, the coach journey, overnight stay at the Holiday Inn with dinner bed and breakfast plus the amazing tour of ship the following morning was just outstanding and to round it off with a very delicious lunch in one of the ships specialty restaurants, the Tuscan Grill was simple ‘the icing on the cake’ …thank you to all for an amazing experience. Having been a member of the Hi-Life Diner Club for several years and used the card on many occasions, we have also introduced friends to the Hi-Life experience and the card continues to give outstanding value for money with the 2 for 1 restaurant deals, especially now that we can use the card not only regionally but nationally at many more restaurants throughout the country. This has encouraged us to travel further a field to sample the delights and culinary experiences visiting some new out of the way charming country inns/hotels and delightful city restaurants which also give us the opportunity to meet up with friends for either lunch or dinner treat. Recently I was introduced to your Platinum card, this has certainly allowed us to visit some fabulous restaurants and to date we have been to Middlethorpe Hall - York and the Bluebell Inn - Alne which I have frequented over the years on many occasions both these restaurants continue to offer an excellent fine wine and dining experience along with Etrop Grange, Manchester Airport. Not forgetting the many other Hi-Life dining establishments feature in the 27th Hi-Life Restaurant guide that we have been to on one or more occasions in Yorkshire: The Crab & Lobster, Asenby, The Living Room, York, Melton’s & Melton’s Too - York, Blackwell Ox - Sutton On The Forrest, Café No 8 - York, Chequers Inn - Bilton-In-Ainsby, Blacksmith Arms - Lastingham, Ox Pasture Hall - Scarborough, GBK - York, So! Bar & Eats - Knaresborough, Wackers Fish Restaurant - York, Royal Hotel Rose Room - York, North Star Hotel - Flamborough, Ashfield Training Restaurant - York, Drovers Rest @ The Fleece - Rillington, Lamb & Lion – York, Guy Fawkes – York, Bombay Spice – York, Aagrah – Leeds, The Olive Tree – Leeds, Cedar Court Hotel – Harrogate, The Black Swan - Harrogate to name but a few, they all have an excellent menu accompanied by friendly service. " Myself and my husband have been Hi Life Members for the last five years and we love the whole concept of trying out new restaurants that we otherwise would not even know existed! Over the years we have found so many new places to not only go ourselves but to take friends to. Gone are the days of thinking ´where shall we go?´!!! We have had some fabulous meals and some really special times thanks to Hi Life. And we always share our experiences of new restaurants with friends and work colleagues, so some good publicity for the restaurants too. And as if that is not enough, we dine out at least every week, sometimes with friends and have saved litterally thousands of pounds. Keep it up, we love HiLife, thank you. "

" I received my 2 months free trial hi-life card on 3rd April ´10 and immediately put it to use, at Pizza Express, a saving of £7.75. Off we went to the Rogerthorpe Manor and saved almost £10, beginning to like this, last week missus was in Benidorm and kept telling me about drinks 2 for 1 so me and our James went back to the Rogerthorpe and saved another 9 quid. Went to the Aagrah last night and guess what we used the card again, each time we´ve used it there has been no trouble at the till, i reckon i´ve had a year´s membership already (for free) i will definately recommend it. "
