Dining and drinking at Worsley Park, a Marriott Hotel & Country Club has always been a pleasure, but recently the experience has become an even better one thanks to the launch of their new concept - The Dining Rooms at Worsley Park. The restaurant offers a contemporary dining experience with the finest regional ingredients; partner this with stylish decor and savvy service, and The Dining Rooms is a culinary experience not to be missed. Using the best available seasonal produce from suppliers across the North West, the team of chefs are constantly reviewing the menu and devising new dishes to showcase the region’s finest fare. Signature dishes include scallops, golden brown on the outside with a melt-in-the-mouth filling, served with rich Bury black pudding, and a ravishing rack of locally reared succulent lamb coated with a herb crust. As much produce as possible is sourced locally, including the chicken and duck, which comes from Reg Johnson’s farm in Goosnargh.
