Full Description
From the impressive foyer water feature and glass lifts, to the sweeping staircase and illuminated walkway, you'll relax in stylish surroundings at the De Vere Whites Hotel. The restaurant itself overlooks the pitch of the Reebok Stadium, high up at the back of the stand. There are starters such as salmon and dill fish cakes with a herb dressed leaf salad and a lemon creme fraiche, and main courses like medallions of beef fillet with a stilton and walnut crust, baby vegetables and red wine jus. As you can see, Reflections fine dining restaurant well deserves its reputation as an eaterie of outstanding distinction.
