Description: After the success of their ground floor restaurant Alla Turca, the team behind this popular Glasgow eatery have created the cosy and rustic 1 Bistro downstairs. br br The location in the bustling city centre makes it the ideal choice for post work dining and for more relaxed dinners for two. The chefs use only the best locally sourced produce and everything on the menu is prepared on site. Mediterranean and Middle Eastern influences dominate the menu. Typical main courses include barbequed chicken and feta cheese salad with house dressing, and delicious Mediterranean meatballs served on spaghetti A la Bistro.
