	Date Created: 14 Jun 2010 09:16 The Great Northern Cook Off is a unique and exciting addition to imaginative Team Building and Business Development. If you are looking to build relationships internally or forge a closer relationship with potential or existing clients, or are simply a group of friends who love cooking, this is the event for you. The competition is aimed at amateurs whose skills range from those whose cooking expertise begins and ends with milk on cereal; to those who fancy themselves as a bit of a Michelin starred chef. Entered over the past 3 years have been teams ranging from Lawyers to Superleague Rugby Players; from Accountants to Breakfast Television Presenters, from the NHS to the NWDA, from Firemen to Community Workers and from Creatives to Hoteliers and Food Manufacturers. This year, however, Hi-Life have decided to enter a team so watch this space as we will be giving you regular updates when competition kicks off in September ? having already completed our own internal ?Come Dine with Me? - we mean business and aim to go all the way to the final! Teams will be mentored by some of our region?s best chefs and chairing the judging panel at the finals will once again be 2 Michelin Starred Chef, Michael Caines MBE. ?It´s great to be involved with the GNCO again for a fourth year, both personally and as part of Abode Manchester and Chester. I am looking forward to seeing the teams battle it out once again. There were some strong competitors over the past three years and I know this year will be just as good.?
