Full Description
Deep is a seafood restaurant owned and run by Kerstin and Christian Sandefeldt. Known for the freshness and ecological soundness of their fish, The Sandefeldt’s offer diners restrained yet inventive dishes at accessible prices. The warm, understated restaurant spills out onto two terraces, and is distinguished by floor to ceiling windows and cream upholstery. Focusing on fresh seafood in a multitude of forms, Deep offers delicious meals with fantastic flavours and beautifully cooked fish. A house specialty is the tapas-style selection of fifteen small dishes showcasing less commonplace species of seafood and shellfish imported direct from Lake Vanerene in West Sweden.
