Full Description
Cafe VN specialise in Vietnamese Noodle Soups (Pho) and Vietnamese Noodle Salads (Bun). For their noodle soups they make three different flavours of stock; a lightly flavoured chicken, vegetarian and beef. Their signature beef stock is cooked for at least 7 hours. All dishes are made to order and where possible they use the freshest ingredients at all times and keep the flavours as authentic as possible. Café VN is proud to use British and Irish beef, pork, chicken and eggs. At Café VN they will do their utmost to ensure your visit is a memorable oe.
