Named Balti House of the year by Best in Britain Awards (BIBA) The Raj is well known for its contemporary Indian cuisine created using only fresh ingredients and organic spices from local suppliers. Speciality dishes exclusive to The Raj, includie Goan Fish: fish cooked in fresh green chilli and coriander, flavoured with a delicious coconut cream.
