Owner and Head Chef, Grant Young, develops each dish personally to ensure a unique dining experience. All dish components are prepared from scratch on the premises using locally sourced, fresh ingredients to produce nutritious, non processed, healthy foods that are easily adapted to suit any dietary requirement.Restaurant 65 has been recommended by the Michelin guide since 2008 and by the Good Food Guide since 2010 for its well executed cooking.
