Centrally located and close to Sheffield and Leeds, the Brooklands Hotel and Restaurant is a modern and welcoming establishment.The restaurant enjoys an excellent reputation for delicious food and stylish surroundings. Pristine white linen and sparkling cutlery set the scene for your meal chosen from the extensive a la carte menu, which offers a tempting selection of modern English and intercontinental cuisine. Starters include choices such as terrine of smoked chicken with parma ham and a caper dressing but their famous Barnsley chop is not to be missed! Cut from the best end of a lamb saddle and weighing approximately a kilo, it is slowly roasted for 3 hours before being served with roasted cherry tomatoes and sauteed field mushrooms. Make sure you go hungry!
