From his Michelin star award-winning background é Northcote Manor, Heathcotes, Chez Nico é he is now back on home turf, to make The Hastings a dining destination, with a host of seasonally inspired dishes.br br 1066, as every schoolboy knows, was a date that changed our history forever. The Norman Conquest, when King Harold was defeated at The Battle of Hastings, meant that that October day of that most famous of years would forever be remembered.br br This third floor fine dining restaurant, has been named in its honour3b because, it too will become memorable é as a bastion of cuisine of the highest order.br br On that day, the cry went up éThe King is dead, long live the Kingé and we hope that after sampling chef Warrick Doddsé remarkable cuisine, that you will agree a new monarch is born é of the gastronomic kind.br br His six course tasting menu features dishes such as tartar of Cumbrian crab, marinated confit shoulder and roast chump of lamb and Fylde wood pigeon, all of which are served in this wonderfully exclusive environment.
