Full Description
The Marriott group, renowned for its spirit to serve, has a reputation synonymous with quality. Hollins Hall Hotel is no exception. Built in 1878 and set in its own grounds of over 200 acres, it offers breathtaking views over the Aire Valley, arguably some of England's finest countryside. Their well thought out menu offers an array of mouth-watering dishes, freshly prepared with local ingredients wherever possible. The menu features starters such as rosemary infused baby goats cheese gratin with confit tomato dressing, whilst mains include my favourite, seared sea bass, served with olive mash, julienne of mange tout and balsamic reduction. And if you are able to resist the Bailey's and strawberry pannacotta with coffee tuille biscuit then I take my hat off to you.
