Ketchup is a fantastic gourmet burger restaurant situated on the cobbled lane in the heart of Glasgow's West End, where you can enjoy great food from breakfast until 2am on weekends. The incredible burger menu draws inspiration from all over the world, and you’ll find some burgers on the menu that you never even knew existed! Amazingly thick milkshakes are served up in milk bottles complete with straw, and boxes of vibrantly coloured tomatoes, peppers and chillies sit in the porch, reminding customers that everything served here is as fresh as it comes. The interior is decked out like a funky American diner with lots of booths as well as a series of high tables and chairs that run down one wall. There is a fun, relaxed atmosphere here, with everyone enjoying the unique and inspired touches that Ketchup has become so well known for.

" Calling up to book the restaurant, the person on the end of the phone did not seem to know what the Hi-Life card was, then eventually said ´´just come in that´s fine´´. As expected, on the night we did go, the staff again seemed none the wiser - ´´Oh we don´t take that card´´ After showing them the book and explaining ´´Yes you do!´´ they came back ess than a minute later with an ammended receipt with 1 x main course discounted (but not the starter) at this point I couldn´t be bothered arguing any further and paid up. Great burgers, great food all round, but the staff have obviously not been made aware of what Hi-Life is or what it entitles customers to, so be prepared! "

" Went on a Sunday afternoon and the server was unaware of the 2 for 1 offer with Hi-Life. We were told that there is no 2 for 1 offers at the weekends. I had to say that on the website it stated 2 for 1 was not available on Friday & Saturdays. After a chat with the manager they agreed to honor the Hi-Life deal. Not a great start and not very relaxing!! The burgers were good - Bacon Cheese Burger & a Jack Daniels Burger with a side of fries to share. The place was very busy so it might be worth a call to reserve a table if more than two of you are going. "
