The Westbury Hotel’s buzzing, street-level bar and brasserie opened in October 2008, offering traditional dishes with a contemporary twist. Blending urban cafe style with luxury furnishings, and spilling out onto the street in the summer. Café Novo at The Westbury hotel is the perfect lunch stop for peckish shoppers or a chic drink and supper spot for after work in Dublin.
