| Vesuvio is a smart and stylish Italian restaurant which has rapidly established itself on the vibrant Highfield Road in Blackpool with many customers returning time and time again.Owner Vincenzo Giannone and Head Waiter Manny Garcia Vico are both familiar faces on the local restaurant scene and are proud of the atmosphere of their restaurant, which is sociable and friendly, yet relaxing.In the warmer months, the restaurant doors are left opened; giving a delightful continental feel.Vesuvio Restaurant is named after the famous volcano near Manny’s native Naples and seats just over 50 people on its two floors.Vincenzo’s endeavour is for the restaurant to allow all diners to feel comfortable and welcome, while enjoying great tasting food.The menu includes all the very best Italian favourites, as well as one or two surprises; created by the top chef. Daily specials are also available; these dishes are often home grown traditional recipes with a contemporary twist. |
