Full Description
The Woodman Inn Burnley was built in the Victorian era, sometime between 1865 and 1887. Still intact are the gleaming gas light fittings, etched glass panels, a bar of polished oak, spacious rooms and a warm friendly atmosphere. Add to that a variety of good beers, wines, spirits and in the best Victorian pub tradition, good food. The Woodman Inn Burnley is a happy, friendly establishment where you can get a light snack or a lovely meal. Aimed at couples and families as well as young people you can enjoy good food, a selection of beers and good wines. At The Woodman Inn Burnley there's a large pool room, a darts room, lounge, a beer garden, that big Victorian bar, and 'The Golfer's Rest'. This is a popular private area, which can accommodate about twenty people. There's no charge for using the room, already popular with a local writer's club.
