Full Description
The Silk Road Mediterranean Restaurant makes use of a wide variety of cuisines and types of entertainment, whilst maintaining Turkish with Mediterranean and Middle Eastern influences.Many of the team have worked at the restaurant since its opening and are responsible for much of the unique atmosphere, particularly at the weekends when the Silk Road comes alive to the sound of an Arabic drum beat or maybe a Latin jazz rhythm.The menu is extensive and delicious and includes dishes from chosen countries along the old Silk Road as well as a few European favourites.
