Full Description

The North Bridge Brasserie is located in a grand Victorian setting with dramatic interiors combining classic architecture with a modern contemporary twist. Built over one hundred years ago, the building was the former offices of The Scotsman newspaper. Head chef Spencer Wilson serves seasonal modern Scottish cuisine with a French classic brasserie style influence, focusing on ingredients of the highest quality. Signature dishes include seared rump of Scottish beef, roasted baby beets, young garden vegetables, confit tomatoes with red wine fumet.
