De Vigne Bar at Mandeville Hotel is the ultimate in chic and sophistication. Set in the glamorous Mandeveille Hotel, this is a very desirable location for all occasions. The restaurant itself enjoys an excellent reputation for delicious food and its super stylish surroundings. The staff are friendly and helpful and are proud to welcome you. Try the poached scottish salmon, new potato salad & lemon sabayon starter and perhaps the highly acclaimed cannon of salt march lamb with cauliflower purée cocotte potatoes, chervil & lamb jus, for your main. Just be sure to leave room for dessert.
