The CB Inn has built up an enviable reputation for fine food, mainly due to its commitment to using only the best seasonal, local produce but also to its team of experienced and dedicated chefs. The CB prides itself on knowing the provenance of all its foods and wine, so as well as enjoying the beautiful scenery you can enjoy outstanding food and drink. The Inn takes delivery of fresh local lamb and beef which is reared and butchered in the area and game is shot locally from the surrounding moors according to season. The range of mouth watering dishes on offer can be found on the striking mirror menu that hangs above the open fireplace and is changed daily in accordance with the fresh produce delivered that day.
