They have achieved the perfect blend of the freshest ingredients and seasonings expertly prepared by their chefs. You will be blown away with their vast menu. I can recommend the Shanghai style udon (pronounced woo-dong) which is thick Japanese noodles, stir fried with shredded pork, Chinese mushrooms, leaves and pickled cabbage in a spicy hot bean flavour. With style and amazing food the Pacifica Cantonese has it all.
