The concept behind Island Fusion is so simple it's revolutionary, blended around a lush, tropical environment. The art work invites the diner to luxuriate in every detail. Here they blend Caribbean, European and Asian Cuisine masterfully, creating a unique dining experience. The surroundings are culturally inspired and this is a unique venue in all respects. The food is adventurous and amazing in equal measure. Try their trench town stuffed jerk chicken breast or for the more daring, carribean curried lobster.
