Frequently Asked Questions |
|
Q. Can we order anything from the menu?
Yes absolutely, the Hi-Life offer applies to the standard á la carte menu (or table d’hote menu where specified). There are no special menus like other dining offers.
Q. Do we both have to order the same dish?
No, you each order the dish that you desire. The least expensive dish is complimentary.
Q. Can I use my Hi-Life card at all times?
Yes, with 100’s of restaurants listed there are restaurants available every day of the week. Some restaurants feature specific exclusions but these are clearly indicated in your restaurant directory.
Q. Do I have to order 3 courses?
No, at the majority of the restaurants the minimum order is 1 main course per person.
Q. What if there are more than 2 of us dining?
To get the 2-for-1 deal just one membership is required for two diners. A party of four would require two memberships.
Q. Why are restaurants so keen to welcome Hi-Life members?
There are over 100,000 members who together spend on average of £50 million a year in Hi-Life restaurants. It’s no wonder Hi-Life members enjoy such wonderful offers.
Q. How much will I save?
Some of our members report saving over £500 per year! If you dine out with your Hi-Life card once per month you can expect to save well over £200 per year.
Q. Isn’t this all too good to be true?
Hi-Life Diners Club succeeds because it’s good business for restaurateurs AND good news for diners. Not surprisingly, drinks aren’t included in the 2-for-1 offer and restaurant may exclude their busiest times. Your restaurant guide – free when you join – shows full details for each restaurant.
